Be nice to all your parts

We all have parts. Different parts of our emotional selves, that is. We often feel more than one way at a time about something. Sometimes this creates internal conflict and we want to get rid of, dismiss, or minimize certain feelings we have. When we do this, we create suffering for ourselves (and others).

Let’s practice creating space for our feelings by being nice to all of our parts!
